Sr. Product Manager Job Responsibilities:

Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements and customer specifications, business case development, and time-integrated plans for product introduction.

Sr. Product Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Development
    • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through market research and customer insights.
    • Define product requirements, specifications, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to bring new accessories to market, including design, sourcing, and manufacturing.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis
    • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform product positioning and differentiation.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to develop business cases, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Partner with Sales to gather feedback from dealers, distributors, and end-users.
    • Participate in customer visits and trade shows to understand needs and showcase new products.
  • Operational Execution
    • Work with Sourcing, Operations and Marketing to ensure optimal sourcing selection and packaging designs are implemented for each new product
    • Prepare product forecasts, ROI analyses, and performance reports for leadership.
  • Travel:
    • Must be willing to travel 15% of time.
