Our technology team plays a vital role in advancing DaVita's kidney care platform-and we're growing! We're looking for a
Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our Revenue Cycle and Comprehensive Health Evaluation (CHE) program capabilities within our DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) organization. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and launching products that will transform our operations.
Responsibilities: - Define and Execute Product Strategy: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for new initiatives, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization. Effectively translate the product strategy into a product roadmap that serves business outcomes and value delivery.
- Identify and Prioritize High-Impact Use Cases: Using data and customer insights, work closely with users and stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities that align with our objectives.
- Translate Business Needs into Solutions: Translate customer needs and technical insights into clear and concise product specifications and requirements that articulate user stories, functionality, and technical constraints.
- Manage Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations teams, engineering, compliance, and clinical teams to build, test, and deploy solutions. Ensure solutions are compliant, safe, accurate, reliable, and integrated seamlessly into our platforms.
- Communicate and Evangelize Product: Act as the internal subject matter expert for our Revenue Cycle and CHE for our value-based care product team and business. Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and Measure Success: Define and analyze Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to measure the impact and success of products, using data to inform future iterations and roadmap. Monitor integration data flow, identify and prevent errors, and ensure high quality billing processes.
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage the vendor relationships of the products within our digital portfolio. Hold vendors accountable to SLAs and drive resolution of defects that impact revenue cycle operations.
- Maintain Market & Competitive Intelligence: Be an expert on the competitive landscape and how to strategically position the organization to excel in our value-based care initiatives.
Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Product Management: 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a strong track record of launching successful software products. Experience in healthcare revenue cycle products preferred.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: The ability to think big picture and translate complex, ambiguous problems into a clear product roadmap with measurable outcomes.
- Communication and Influence: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Experience with the healthcare industry and the technology used within. Knowledge of chronic disease management and risk adjustment are a plus.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour
Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.71/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
