Full Job Description
The Sr Product Manager, US TGCT ( Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor) Marketing will be responsible for development and execution of HCP-focused strategies, programs, and tactics to support a potential TGCT launch. This role requires the ability to rapidly develop deep therapeutic area knowledge, an understanding of the US oncology market, project management, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Reports to the Director, US TGCT Marketing and partners closely with the TGCT and oncology marketing teams. Location: Hybrid onsite in Boston Seaport office, requiring 3 days in the office. Core responsibilities - HCP strategy and tactical planning - Contribute to annual HCP strategy, tactical, budget, and timeline planning as well as determining and tracking success metrics for branded HCP launch activities. - Digital HCP promotion and media - Partner with the media agency of record to implement strategy and lead the execution and measurement for NPP targeted to HCPs, including SEO/SEM, emails, AI optimization (AEO/GEO/GEM), endemic display, and omnichannel HCP journeys. - Core HCP professional promotion- Develop, execute, and lead to fulfillment, HCP-facing print and digital assets such as brochures, leave behinds, rep-triggered emails and others depending on tactical plan. - Congress and event execution - Own execution of brand presence at congresses, including sponsorships tactics, symposiums/product theaters, exhibits and tabletop materials, and all conference materials. - Speaker bureau and P2P education - Support development and execution of medical education content, including speaker bureau decks, P2P educational programs, and 3rd party P2P education in partnership with regional marketing team. - Printing and fulfillment management - Partner with marketing operations and agency partners to ensure end to end printing and fulfillment of tactics. This may include resource printing, print proofing, inventory management, CRM testing, etc. - Field enablement and training - Partner with sales training and sales leadership to develop new hire and POA materials, own the field input team meetings, deliver field force training, and ensure effective roll-out of personal materials. - Measurement and optimization - Define success metrics with internal and external partners, analyze HCP program performance, optimize plans, and provide recommendations for future HCP initiatives. - Governance and stakeholder communication - Orchestrate regular marketing-field input meetings and foster active relationship with the field; represent owned assets in US MLR; and maintain active, timely communication with leadership. Minimum qualifications: - BA/BS degree or related experience - 5+ years (or 2+ years with advanced degree) proven experience in US HCP marketing experience or equivalent - Proficient in digital marketing, omnichannel, and media tactics - Successful track record in understanding the US regulatory environment and navigating the MLR (Medical Legal & Regulatory)review process - Project Management and Cross-Functional Leadership experience: Strong project management skills; track record leading cross-functional teams and managing timelines, vendors, and budgets - Communication and Field Partnership: Excellent written and verbal communication; experience partnering with sales/sales training to enable field roll-out of materials - Ability to travel up to 30% (attending conferences, events, etc) Preferred qualifications: - Previous industry experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry brand marketing - Advanced Degree: MBA, MPH, PharmD, MS, or PhD in a relevant discipline. - Experience with Veeva Vault and PromoMats - Prior oncology or rare disease experience - Agency and Vendor Management: Demonstrated ability to lead external agencies (media, creative, production) and negotiate scopes, timelines, and performance metrics. - Experience working synergistically with AI tools Pay Range for this position: $139,400- $209,200. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
