SummaryAre you obsessed with building products customers love? We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Sr. Product Manager with deep commerce product experience to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of Firework's livestream commerce products.
What you'll be doing- Own the strategy, roadmap, development, and delivery of livestream commerce products, features, and experiences from concept through launch and continuous optimization
- Conduct user research, market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer interviews across livestream commerce, social commerce, video platforms, creator tools, and emerging AI-power video experiences to identify opportunities and better understand user needs and pain points for continuous product improvement
- Collaborate and build consensus with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring successful adoption and market penetration
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. Make and influence data-driven decisions to guide the product development process.
- Explore how AI can transform commerce, including content creation, host assistance, moderation, personalization, product recommendations, audience engagement, localization, and automation
- Monitor, track, and analyze product performance metrics, including usage data, customer feedback and financial KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives. Use insights to iterate on product features and improve business outcomes.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert and the voice of the customer, helping shape Firework's broader video commerce strategy
We'll be excited if you have- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field. Advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with some experience in a growth-stage startup environment with a track record of building and scaling 0-to-1 products
- Strong, hands-on experience building and scaling video products and working with B2B enterprise customers, ideally retailers, brands, or commerce platforms
- Proven project and program management skills
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions and measure success metrics
- Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, presenting) with the ability to clearly influence all technical and non-technical levels of the organization
- Advanced technical aptitude and able to work closely with engineering teams on APIs, architecture, video infrastructure, integrations, data, and platform capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of AI and emerging technology and curiosity about how AI will reshape video creation, livestream production, personalization, and commerce
- Start-up entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in a hands-on team-oriented environment
LocationsThe role is hybrid and we are looking for candidates in the Bay Area.
Compensation The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated pay range for this role is $150,000-$170,000. Other factors that impact compensation include stock options.
