Full Job Description
Sr. Product Factory Specialist Summary: Senior Product Factory Specialist coordinates Product Factory activities and communications between Actuarial, Compliance, IT and Underwriting throughout the lifecycle of Product and Policy Administration System changes. A typical day will include the following: • Business consultant on activities and functions supporting business process, organizational design, needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis aligning business strategies with information technology solutions. • Contributes, as a subject matter authority, to the analysis and design of business projects understanding organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, governance, staffing and sourcing to support business goals, strategies and process architecture. • Oversee and coordinate multiple product factory projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Participates in complex planning processes across multiple departments or business units. • Act as a liaison between IT and business units to facilitate clear and effective communication. • Coordinates across teams for project prioritization, ensuring that all impacted areas and dependencies are informed. Informs and supports stakeholders regarding communication, notifications, or training activities related to project changes or updates. • Champions organization-wide change. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Postproduction Validation (PPV) to ensure the quality and success of project outcomes. • Serve as the first point of contact for IT requirements or development clarifications, coordinating interactions and providing guidance as needed. • Assist in review of insurance product changes and coordinate between compliance, actuarial, and IT, and underwriting units.
