We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Developer to become the first dedicated U.S.-based product development leader supporting Mölnlycke's Pressure Injury portfolio. At a pivotal time in our growth, this role has been created to strengthen the connection between customer needs, clinical insights, and product innovation while helping establish a new chapter for our global Wound Care organization.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will serve as a key contributor within our global Research & Development organization, leading and supporting product development initiatives focused on the Pressure Injury portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead product development projects from concept through commercialization
  • Translate customer and clinician insights into innovative product solutions
  • Partner with R&D, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations teams throughout the development process
  • Support verification, validation, risk management, and design control activities
  • Drive technical problem solving and root-cause investigations
  • Contribute to portfolio planning, innovation initiatives, and future product roadmaps
  • Communicate project progress and recommendations to key stakeholders
