This role is responsible to monitor and address issues related to the reactions and columns performance and provide instructions to chemical operators to maximize inventory. Evaluate the process performance using the mass balance data to ensure that the process performance is appropriate, escalation to supervisor for any human-process interaction from operators. Complete the instrument criticality classification as required.
What You'll Be DoingThis role has the knowledge of all processes in one manufacturing plant.
Calculate and monitor the process performance (Yield, Overhead, Finished Goods, Work In Process) on daily basis. Evaluate and determine the actions to be taken to improve them. Design strategy to maintain WIP within month target.
Evaluate Process performance end of month results and determine the actions required for improvements. Complete the monthly financial explanations.
Revise and/or create the plant documents such as MBRs, SOPs, Manuals, special protocols, PFMEA and any other document and provide training to the manufacturing personnel.
Perform continued Process Verification (CPV) of the process assigned validations (IQ/OQ/PQ). Determine and complete the instrument criticality classification document, as deemed necessary.
Perform improvements and projects following the change control system. Support Green, Black Belts projects and VIP as well other initiatives in coordination with other areas such as R&D, MTS.
Generate and complete nonconformance (NCRs) related to manufacturing process. Complete CAPA as per result of the investigation process. Perform Annual Product Report (APR) data as scheduled.
Perform and support equipment's troubleshooting following the problem-solving tools, using Delta V System, P&ID's and support reliability initiatives.
Participate in the PSM/ RMP or PHA meetings and complete the commitments coming from assessment, as required.
Participate and Conduct of Problem Solving.
Register in GME system (Changes in process BOMs and Inventory Adjustments)
What You'll BringBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field. Five(5) to eight(8) years experience.
