Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree and 6+ years, or PhD with 4 years of experience.
• Proficient in developing real-time embedded software using C++.
• Experienced in hardware/software integration.
• Developed software in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environment.
• Familiar with Atlassian tools and Agile methodologies.
• Willing to travel 10% for business purposes.
• Current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at the time of application.

Responsibilities

• Support software development for the Ground Support System of the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) weapon system.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment in software products and contract execution for the Missile Defense Agency.
• Engage in hardware/software integration processes.
• Contribute to the real-time embedded software development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile practices to optimize software project delivery.
