Sign-on Bonus EligibleWhat You Will Do- Lead the planning, execution, and final delivery of technical programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and adhering to quality standards
- Develop and manage comprehensive project and program plans, including scope, budget, resource allocation, risks, opportunities, detailed project schedules, and customer deliverables
- Build strong relationships, effectively influence and communicate with team members, suppliers, internal and external customers and other key stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects and competing tasks and balance priorities among team members
- Lead the preparation of bid and proposals efforts in accordance with Collins Aerospace processes, including generation of all bid artifacts
Qualifications You Must Have - Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- At least 8 years of professional experience in all aspects of technical project management
- Experience in program management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience with delivering technical projects through the entire product development lifecycle
- Experience with earned value management, budget, and cost control
- Experience with risk and opportunity management
Qualifications We Prefer- At least 10 years of experience Project Management experience
- At least 5 years of experience with earned value management
- Prior experience with precision optical or visual display products is highly desired.
- Experience with spaceborne, airborne, or ruggedized optical and/or visual display systems
- Familiarity with cleanroom practices, electro-optical, opto-mechanical and/or optical assembly techniques and best practices

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
