Position Title: Senior Designer - Pipeline/Mapping

Location: Houston, TX

Position Description

The Senior Designer - Pipeline/Mapping will be responsible performing detail design activities within the Pipeline/Mapping discipline.

Essential Functions
• Perform designs and layouts of Alignment Sheets, Property Plats and Permit Drawings utilizing CAD hardware and software.
• Review vendor drawings and other documents.

Requirements

Qualifications
• 5 or more years of experience in a drafting environment developing Pipeline/Mapping drafting deliverables
• 5 years of CAD experience
• AutoCAD 2016 and Civil 3D
• Microsoft Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and industry standards.
• Working knowledge of survey data and aerial photography/imagery
• Working knowledge of public domain mapping from federal, state and local agencies such as USGS, USDA, NOAA and DOT
• MicroStation V8 a plus
• Blue Sky Skyline
• ARGIS data and map creation
• Microsoft Access

Education
• High school diploma required. Associate's degree or certification from technical trade school preferred
