Job Description- Design, develop, and enhance PEGA applications using PEGA PRPC / PEGA Infinity platform.
- Implement business processes, case management workflows, flow actions, decisioning rules, and reusable application components.
- Develop and maintain PEGA components including Case Types, Data Pages, Flows, Flow Actions, Decision Tables, Activities, Correspondence, Reports, and Security Rules.
- Build and support integrations with upstream and downstream enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Kafka, MQ, and API-based services.
- Participate in requirements analysis, technical design discussions, estimation, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
- Ensure compliance with PEGA Guardrails, architecture standards, coding standards, and secure development practices.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, rule review, and peer code review.
- Collaborate with QA teams during SIT, UAT, regression testing, release validation, and production deployment activities.
- Support production releases, application stability, incident analysis, and post-implementation support.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment notes, design artifacts, and knowledge transfer material.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86129 - $127189
