Full Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Payroll Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of payroll processing and recordkeeping activities to ensure accurate and timely payroll for associates. You will support payroll operations by administering time and attendance policies, processing payroll transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Process regular and non-regular payroll accurately and on schedule.

  • Administer time and attendance policies and maintain related system transactions.

  • Compute wages, overtime, payroll adjustments, and special payments.

  • Calculate and process payroll deductions in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

  • Process terminations, final pay, paycheck advances, and other payroll-related transactions.

  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity.

  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies using established procedures.

  • Analyze payroll issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support payroll inquiries and ensure a high level of customer service.

  • Provide guidance to team members on payroll processes and procedures as needed.

  • Support payroll-related projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience supporting payroll operations in a corporate environment.

  • Working knowledge of payroll processing, wage and hour requirements, and payroll administration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is preferred.
