Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 / Power Platform / Power BI, with a minimum of 3 years in tenant administration.
• Proven expertise in managing settings, policies, environments, capacity, and reporting for Power Platform.
• In-depth experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Power Pages.
• Strong background in Power BI administration, including workspaces and semantic models.
• Competence in managing licensing and premium capabilities for tools like Copilot and AI Builder.
• Experience dealing with on-premises data gateways and enterprise integrations with SaaS platforms.
• Proficient in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and connector governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer tenant-level platform controls, including governance and policies.
• Develop solutions utilizing Power Platform products effectively.
• Define and enforce strategies for environments and access management.
• Maintain accurate reporting and inventory of platform resources.
• Monitor and troubleshoot platform health issues proactively.
• Manage licensing and entitlements for Power Platform tools.
• Run processes for intake and approval of new integrations and tools.
