The Opportunity:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Microsoft Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team at Haramain Systems Inc. In this W2 role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through their technology journey, ensuring high-quality system performance, and facilitating strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:- Design and develop enterprise-level solutions using Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into sophisticated architectural designs.
- Lead implementation projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide guidance on optimizing cloud architectures and systems.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
Desired Qualifications:- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Microsoft solutions architecture and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Azure services, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with cloud migration strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and meeting deadlines.
Nice-to-Haves:- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in DevOps practices and tools within Microsoft ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Power Platform and its integration with Microsoft services.
- Experience in working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
