  • Develop forward-looking demand/capacity views (internal and external) with Planning; identify constraints and recommend pre-emptive actions.

  • Frame trade-offs and recommendations for Director/VP-level decisions with crisp executive summaries and financial implications (service, inventory, landed cost, margin).

  • Provide robust volume/mix scenarios, quality/service targets, and readiness requirements; track performance against launch and export readiness needs.

  • Support make-vs-buy and standard-cost improvement analyses; supplier contracting and performance management remain with CM leadership.

Partnership with Network Optimization

  • Provide business case inputs to network studies (volume, service, cost, resilience) for international routes and ingredient customers; assess timeline impacts.

  • Co-lead implementation planning for item/plant/DC transitions affecting export markets and ingredient supply; ensure cutover risk mitigation and customer communication alignment.

  • Support strategic capital planning with Operations, Engineering, and Finance by supplying assumptions and commercialization constraints.

Standards, KPIs & Continuous Improvement
