Senior Manager,Solutions Architecture & Global Education Services

Lead the North America Solution Architecture and Global Education & Enablement teams for Philips Enterprise Imaging, driving innovative solution design, AI-powered learning, and world-class customer enablement that helps healthcare organizations maximize the value of our Enterprise Imaging solutions.

Your role:
  • Lead and develop high-performing Solution Architecture and Global Education & Enablement teams responsible for supporting Sales, Professional Services, and Enterprise Imaging customers across North America and globally.
  • Drive solution architecture standards, customer enablement strategies, and technical and clinical training programs that accelerate customer adoption and improve implementation success.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Clinical Consulting, Technical Services, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions and learning experiences.
  • Modernize technical and clinical education by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled learning, certification programs, and knowledge management strategies that build organizational capability.
  • Support strategic customer engagements while establishing key performance indicators, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practices that enhance customer outcomes and business growth.


You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Healthcare Information Technology (IT), Enterprise Imaging, Radiology Informatics, or Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), along with 5+ years of leadership experience managing Solution Architecture, Customer Enablement, Professional Services, or Technical Education teams.
  • Your skills include strong knowledge of Enterprise Imaging, PACS, Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM), Health Level Seven (HL7), cloud technologies, healthcare workflows, enterprise software solution consulting, and customer-facing technical engagements. Bonus: Experience with Philips Vue PACS, Enterprise Imaging cloud solutions, AI-powered learning platforms, and digital enablement tools.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a relevant work related experience (14 years). Bonus: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Agile, or similar industry certifications.
  • You're a collaborative, customer-focused leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills who enjoys developing high-performing teams, driving organizational change, and delivering impactful technical and clinical education for a global audience.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.


How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

The pay range for this position in AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY is $117,000 to $186,000.

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, HI, MD, MN, and RI is $123,000 to $195,000

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY, or WA is $131,000 to $208,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
