Full Job Description
Ensures accurate and immediate communication of emergency codes. Initiates decisions and implements conversion to back-up phone systems as appropriate. Delegates, supervises, and motivates staff to ensure safe and successful operation of main switchboards. Ensures required education and competencies are disseminated and completed. Ensures employees follow policies and processes for emergency codes and tools are updated for accurate communication. Participates in the Emergency Management committee and supports quarterly emergency code exercises. Functions as IS Coordinator, assigning system access and processing position control requests for employees. Other duties as assigned. Oversees main switchboard communications, including emergency code responses and after-hours coordination of equipment/system failures.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles [Required]
• Innovation of best practices, process development and management, and change management [Required]
• Knowledge of telecom phone systems, applications and equipment [Preferred]
• Ability to create presentations and present the content to all levels of staff [Preferred]
• Ability to give oral presentations as the need warrants [Preferred]
• Financial budgeting, labor management and statistical reporting [Preferred]

Work Experience:
• 2+ call center experience [Required]
• 2+ call center experience with high call volume activity averaging 200,000+ calls monthly [Preferred]
• 2+ leadership experience [Required]
• 3+ leadership experience [Required]
• Leadership Experience to include effective mentoring, accountabilities and discipline [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$65,622.66 - $122,055.21
