Full Job Description
Your Impact

The Sr. Manager - Digital Commerce will play a critical leadership role in defining and executing the strategy to create an exceptional post-purchase experience for Lowe's Marketplace customers.

This leader will be responsible for identifying the biggest opportunities across the post-purchase customer journey and translating customer insights, operational data, and business performance into a clear strategy and actionable roadmap. The role will focus on improving key customer outcomes including speed of delivery, likelihood to recommend, delivery reliability, and the elimination of defects and friction throughout the post-purchase journey.

Success in this role requires a leader who can operate effectively in a highly cross-functional environment and influence without direct authority. This individual will be a key member of the Marketplace Seller Experience leadership team and will have significant exposure to senior executives. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical thinking with strong business judgment, intellectual curiosity, bias for action, and exceptional executive communication. You must be equally comfortable diving deep into data to uncover the root cause of a customer problem and stepping back to tell a compelling story that mobilizes leaders around a solution.

  • Develop mechanisms to identify, quantify, prioritize, and eliminate defects throughout the post-purchase journey.

  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that require alignment and execution across teams that do not directly report to this role.
  • Create clarity in ambiguous situations by defining the problem, establishing the desired outcome, identifying the required actions, and aligning stakeholders around a path forward.
  • Navigate competing priorities and organizational complexity while maintaining momentum toward the customer and business outcome.
  • Establish credibility through data, sound judgment, strong relationships, and a consistent track record of delivering results.
  • Create scalable mechanisms and processes rather than relying on one-time interventions.
  • Create executive-level presentations and recommendations that combine data, customer insights, business context, and strategic thinking.
  • Use storytelling to create alignment, influence decisions, and inspire action across the organization.
