Job DescriptionAbout the RoleProvide enterprise-level commercial subject matter expertise to ensure promotional content, campaigns, and agency outputs align with brand strategy, customer engagement priorities, regulatory standards, and commercial objectives
Key Responsibilities - Commercial standards: Define and maintain enterprise commercial content standards, including messaging frameworks, brand voice, and omnichannel alignment expectations
- Cross-functional guidance: Act as SMEs to advise other brand, marketing, content operations teams on vendor selection / management / relationships, setting and enforcing best practices to ensure commercial objectives are reflected consistently across campaigns and asset portfolios
- Strategic content oversight: Provide expert review and guidance on high-impact promotional materials to ensure alignment with brand strategy, customer journey objectives across HCP and DTC, lifecycle stage priorities, and field execution needs
- Agency governance: Partner with Agency Performance Managers to evaluate agency commercial quality, provide feedback on creative and strategic outputs, and drive corrective action when standards are not met
- Capability development: Contribute to development of commercial playbooks, launch excellence standards, and training materials for brand teams and agencies
Qualifications and essential experience, attributes, skills, and knowledge - Bachelor's degree required, Preferred Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, or related).
- 5-8+ years' experience in commercial strategy, marketing operations, or agency management in the pharma or healthcare sector
- Direct ownership of HCP and/or DTC campaigns
- Direct experience working in regulated pharma environments
- Brand-focused and customer-centric mindset
- High accountability for quality, compliance, and cost efficiency
- Collaborative and enterprise-minded, comfortable influencing without direct authority
- Skilled at navigating Medical and Commercial priorities
- Excellent communication skills, capable of ensuring clarity and understanding across diverse markets and stakeholders
- Cross-functional stakeholder management and alignment
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy incl. omnichannel activation and HCP and DTC engagement models
- Understanding of modular content and asset reuse methodologies

U.S. Base Salary Range:$137,000.00 - $215,270.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
