The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager (Website) is responsible for the administration of WellSky's website properties and their connectivity to marketing technology platforms and engagement tools. The scope of this job includes managing website development, enhancements, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and optimize a portfolio of websites and marketing technology platforms with full accountability for design, performance, reliability, architecture, and integration strategy in alignment with marketing and business objectives.
  • Evaluate, introduce, and scale new platform features and AI-powered capabilities while identifying and resolving platform gaps, inefficiencies, and technical debt through end-to-end remediation initiatives.
  • Lead vendor relationships for owned platforms and partner with internal stakeholders on renewals, negotiations, competitive evaluations, and performance reviews to maximize business value and innovation alignment.
  • Establish administration standards, governance protocols, and process improvements, that increase automation, adoption, and operational consistency across the marketing organization.
  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert and strategic partner on website engagement tools, landing page infrastructure, attribution strategy, lead lifecycle design, data quality initiatives, and broader cross-functional MarTech planning.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, budgeting, vendor selection, and other functional leadership discussions.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 8-12 years' relevant work experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics


Job Expectations:
  • Willing to travel up to 10% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional hours or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
