About the Job:

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, leads the strategy and execution of recruiting across the organization. This role is responsible for building scalable hiring practices, attracting high-impact talent, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. The position partners closely with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs, elevate hiring standards, and deliver talent that accelerates business growth.

A day in the life:

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with senior leaders to build proactive recruiting strategies aligned to business priorities
  • Translate workforce plans into targeted hiring roadmaps across corporate, field, and leadership roles
  • Provide market intelligence on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive recruiting practices


Recruiting Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver high-quality, efficient hiring outcomes
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior and critical roles when needed
  • Ensure consistent interview practices, candidate evaluation standards, and hiring manager alignment


Operational Excellence

  • Implement scalable recruiting processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
  • Work with team to track and analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline conversion, and diversity of candidate pools
  • Optimize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to improve recruiter productivity - inclusive of AI


Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

  • Strengthen the company's employer brand across digital platforms, campus partnerships, and industry networks
  • Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to elevate talent brand storytelling


Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Build proactive pipelines for critical talent and future leadership needs
  • Leverage creative sourcing strategies across professional networks, referrals, industry events, and emerging platforms
  • Drive partnerships with universities, community organizations, and external recruiting partners


Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

  • Embed inclusive hiring practices across all stages of the recruiting process
  • Monitor pipeline diversity and implement strategies to expand representation in candidate pools

Salary Range: $138,000 - $159,000

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position at HQ in Anaheim. As a national retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
