Sr. Manager, Supply Chain at our Edmonton location.

What You'll Do:- Work with the executive on the national vehicle acquisition plan from end to end, translating branch, rental, lease, and sales demand into a forecast by vehicle class and specification, managing OEM order banks and allocation across model years, and tracking order-to-delivery performance against branch commitments.
- Establish and enforce the fleet cycling policy, while directing national programs for maintenance, tires, glass, fuel, warranty recovery, and recall closure across the fleet.
- Involved in negotiating and managing the full vendor ecosystem, OEM fleet agreements, dealer and upfitter relationships, volume incentive and rebate programs, and goods and services contracts that support branch operations - ensuring every agreement delivers value and every vendor is measured against clear performance standards.
- Define and report the KPIs that govern acquisition cost, incentive capture, order-to-delivery cycle time, fleet utilization, and on-contract spend while analyzing market trends and adjusting acquisition and disposal timing to protect the organization from cost and supply risk.
- Lead, develop, and build a high-performing supply chain team while providing oversight of asset security and building maintenance, ensuring these functions operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational policies and requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance, functionality and operational readiness of company facilities, including coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, inspections, security and facility -related service providers.
What You'll Bring:- 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, fleet management, or procurement - including a minimum of 8 years in a management role - with demonstrated hands-on experience working directly with OEMs, dealer groups, and upfitters including fleet incentive, rebate, and volume programs.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications, commercial equipment, upfitting processes, and vehicle lifecycle economics including total cost of ownership modeling, residual value forecasting, and cycling policy development.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to build a business case, partner with Finance on floorplan and capital planning, and turn complex fleet and spend data into decisions leadership can act on.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively, influence and align stakeholders across branches and functions and build long-term vendor relationships that deliver sustained value for the organization.
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline - a Supply Chain Management Certificate is preferred and NAFA/CAFM certification is a meaningful asset - along with a valid driver's license and the understanding that a pre-hire criminal security clearance and credit check will be required.
