You'll architect and implement standardized, best-in-class sourcing frameworks and processes across multiple accounts to enhance efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage.

We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career, providing you with exposure to diverse categories and senior leadership while building your influence across the organization as you partner strategically with C-suite clients and senior JLL leadership to deliver transformational and sustained value.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across assigned categories, from spend analysis and market research through supplier selection, contract negotiation, and seamless operational transitions
  • Develop comprehensive category strategies that align with business objectives, incorporating total cost of ownership analysis, risk mitigation, sustainability goals, responsible procurement initiatives, and innovation opportunities with measurable ROI
  • Conduct sophisticated RFx processes for high-value, complex procurements, ensuring competitive market positioning while maintaining quality standards and supplier relationship integrity
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and strategic discussions while proactively managing expectations at all organizational levels
  • Analyze spend data and market intelligence to identify consolidation opportunities, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvements that drive enterprise value
  • Lead cross-functional project teams through complex sourcing initiatives, facilitating alignment across business units, legal, finance, operations, Facility Management, and Property Management
  • Negotiate master service agreements, pricing structures, and contract terms for enterprise-level engagements, ensuring favorable commercial terms while managing risk exposure
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic suppliers, driving performance accountability, continuous improvement, and enhanced supplier relationship management across enterprise accounts
  • Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to Supply Chain leadership, senior business stakeholders, and C-suite clients with clarity and confidence

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or professional services environments
  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management, with demonstrated success managing complex, high-value sourcing initiatives (facility services expertise strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple organizational levels and geographies
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level negotiations and delivering significant cost savings and process improvements in complex, multi-site environments
  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in spend analysis, market research, total cost modeling, and financial evaluation of sourcing decisions
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus, translate sourcing strategies into tangible business outcomes, and present complex information to executive audiences
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing methodologies, contract structures, procurement best practices, compliance protocols, and risk management frameworks
  • Advanced proficiency with procurement systems, spend analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel including advanced formulas/pivot tables, PowerPoint, and Word)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related highly regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations, GMP requirements, and quality systems relevant to Life Sciences procurement
  • Demonstrated success implementing strategic sourcing programs or procurement transformations
  • Experience managing direct reports, developing high-performing teams, and mentoring on advanced RFP/bid methodologies and operational excellence
