Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics company, operatingas DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipatedto be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may berequired, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it isanticipatedthat, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthesand your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Job Overview The Sr. Manager, Site Securityis responsible forleading site‑level security strategy and operations to protect employees, assets, information, and facilities at DePuy Synthes. This role provides strategic and operational oversight of physical security programs, emergency response readiness, and risk mitigation efforts. The position plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and secure work environment while aligning site security practices with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities 3 Lead and manage site security programs, ensuring effective protection of people, property, and assets. 3 Develop, implement, and maintain site‑specific security plans aligned with enterprise security standards. 3 Oversee physical security systems, access controls, and monitoring programs. 3 Manage security vendors and service providers, including contracts, performance, and cost controls. 3 Partner with EHSS, Facilities, HR, Legal, and site leadership to address security risks and incidents. 3 Lead incident response, investigations, and corrective actions related to security events. 3 Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to proactively identify and mitigate threats. 3 Support emergency preparedness, crisis management, and business continuity activities at the site level. Qualifications Education 3 Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, or a related fieldrequired 3 Advanced degree or relevant professional trainingpreferred Experience and Skills Required: 3 810 years of progressive experiencein security, risk management, or protective services roles. 3 Demonstrated experience leading site‑level or regional security programs. 3 Strong knowledge of physical security systems, access controls, and incident management practices. 3 Proven ability to manage vendors and third‑party security providers. 3 Ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration in a regulated or matrixed environment. 3 Strong analytical, judgment, and decision‑making skills. 3 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: 3 Experience in manufacturing, R&D, or corporate campus environments. 3 Experience supporting crisis management or emergency response programs. 3 Familiarity with global security standards and best practices. 3 Experience working within a global or highly regulated organization. This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.


Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
