Full Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Regional Marketing, Americas is responsible for developing and executing regional and account-focused marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, pipeline growth, and commercial impact across the Americas. This role shapes regionally relevant messaging, campaigns, and customer experiences for the Americas, working in close partnership with global marketing teams and serving as a strategic marketing partner to the Americas sales organization.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Regional Marketing and is part of the Regional Marketing team. This role offers flexibility and may be based either in a hybrid on-site environment or fully remotely within the United States.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Develop Americas regional marketing strategies aligned to global brand, portfolio, and revenue priorities
  • Adapt and localize global campaigns into regionally relevant messaging, programs, and integrated campaigns
  • Partner with sales leadership to design and execute account-specific and segment-focused marketing strategies for priority accounts
  • Lead regional campaign execution across digital, content, events, and sales enablement, ensuring consistency and commercial impact
  • Support high-impact Tier 3 events and key customer moments, focusing on messaging, experience design, and outcomes rather than logistics
  • Act as a strategic liaison between global marketing and the Americas sales organization, providing market insights and field feedback
  • Measure and optimize regional marketing effectiveness using defined performance metrics (e.g., engagement, pipeline influence)


The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, including regional, field, downstream, or account-based marketing experience
  • Experience in the life sciences sector, gained through industry roles and/or direct laboratory research experience.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies that support sales organizations in a matrixed, global environment
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex product or scientific value into customer-centric messaging
  • Experience managing regional or account-level campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience working with performance metrics related to pipeline contribution, engagement, or revenue influence


Travel & Physical/Environment Requirements:
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30%, primarily within the Americas region, with infrequent travel to EMEA region.
  • Ability to work in a standard office or remote work environment and attend regional meetings, events, and customer engagements as required

The salary range for this role is $130K - $150K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
