  • Prioritize enhancements based on business value and strategic objectives.
  • Guide solution architecture to ensure scalability, sustainability, and enterprise integration.
  • Ensure trusted, governed data and consistent integration across planning and reporting.
  • Advance connected planning, analytics, and scenario modelling to improve decisions.
  • Track platform performance, adoption, and business outcomes through KPIs.
  • Manage risks, issues, controls, security, and governance requirements.
  • Simplify and automate processes to improve productivity and user experience.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, globally connected planning team.
  • Coach strategic thinking, product management, stakeholder engagement, and digital finance skills.

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in complex global environments.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes, financial planning cycles, and management reporting.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across Finance, Technology, and business organizations.
  • Proven people leadership experience.

Preferred:
  • Experience with one or more planning platforms, including, but not limited to Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BPC, OneStream, Oracle Hyperion / EPM Cloud, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
  • Experience leading large-scale finance transformation or digital modernization programs requiring change management to drive user adoption.
  • Knowledge of integrated business planning, connected planning, and enterprise performance management concepts.
