Clinical Trial Planner & Data Steward is a key position focused on delivering technical system support and ensuring robust data governance for planning and reporting across the development portfolio. This role is integral to the successful execution of development programs through the technical maintenance of planning and portfolio reporting tools, assurance of data integrity, and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical capability, systems proficiency, and organizational effectiveness. This position reports to the Senior Director of Data Systems & Reporting and can sit in Parsippany, NJ or one of the following CA sites: Foster City, El Segundo, Oceanside, Thousand Oaks.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for advanced portfolio planning within Planisware, including the creation of scenario-based plans, development of new project and study plans, and ensuring data is complete, accurate, and reliable to support portfolio decisions.
Provides cross-functional Planisware system related support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Monitoring data quality within Kite systems, dashboards, and reports used for portfolio planning and resource forecasting
Ensure dashboards and reports use the same metrics and definitions across functions.
Provide Planisware training to new and existing Kite users.
Develop, maintain, and update G.Plan support materials, process documentation, and user training resources
Support Planisware user acceptance testing, system upgrades, releases, and sprint activities to ensure stable and effective application performance
Oversees user access, security permissions, and use of sensitive business data.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years’ Experience
OR
Masters' Degree and Six Years’ Experience
OR
Ph.D.
Preferred Qualifications
Planisware experience (3+ years) providing system support and/or maintaining clinical trial plans
Knowledge of the end-to-end pharmaceutical R&D process, including preclinical through post-marketing. (Cell therapy/Oncology preferred)

Demonstrates leadership skills, self-motivation, and comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic company environment with the ability to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
Strong computer skills, proficient using MS Office suite (outlook, word, excel, power point, teams), Sharepoint and other organizational tools
Technical experience using Planisware, OnePager, Spotfire, Tableau, Power Bi and/or other business intelligence tools
The salary range for this position is: $143,225.00 - $185,350.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
