The Sr. Manager - Office Services & Facilities will lead to facilities and workplace operations across its regional corporate portfolio. This role is responsible for facility operations, vendor management, budgets, capital projects, workplace services, compliance, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with extensive facilities management experience who can drive operational excellence, manage costs, and deliver a high-quality workplace experience.

Location: Pleasanton, CA
Key Responsibilities- Lead facilities and workplace operations across the assigned regional portfolio.
- Manage and develop a team of 4-7 Facilities and Office Services professionals.
- Oversee building maintenance, workplace services, space planning, occupancy, furniture, and related facility programs.
- Manage vendors, contracts, service performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and manage operating budgets, forecasts, and capital plans.
- Lead regional capital projects, including planning, budgeting, vendor selection, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with fire/life safety, environmental, risk management, and workplace safety requirements.
- Oversee facility management systems, work orders, preventative maintenance, and operational reporting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support business growth and evolving workplace needs.
- Drive continuous improvement, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
Requirements- 8-10 years of experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Office Services, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading and developing facilities or workplace teams.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, vendor management, budgeting, forecasting, and capital projects.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
- IFMA or BOMI certification is a plus
