Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Proficient in Salesforce CI/CD and Release Management processes
• Experience using Copado and Git in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of Metadata-Driven Architecture
• Experience with MuleSoft and ServiceNow integrations
• Salesforce Certifications preferred (PD1, PD2, Architect)
• Preferred experience in Financial Services domain and knowledge of Okta/Identity Federation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and architects
• Drive execution of the Salesforce roadmap and platform improvements
• Manage release processes to ensure timely delivery of Salesforce updates
• Ensure platform stability and performance in a regulated environment
• Oversee enterprise integrations with external systems and applications
