As Sr Manager- IT Business Partner - Marketing, serves as the strategic technology advisor to the Marketing, Brand and Channel organizations, ensuring business priorities are translated into scalable, innovative, and value-driven technology solutions. This role partners closely with Marketing, Brand and Channel leadership to understand business strategies, customer engagement goals, and operational challenges while aligning technology investments with enterprise objectives.

You will lead a team of IT Business Partner analysts and serve as a trusted strategic partner to Marketing, Brand and Channel leadership-shaping vision, aligning priorities, and delivering technology solutions that improve speed, visibility, resilience, and efficiency across our business.

This role is central to advancing IT as a collaborative, outcomes-driven partner known for execution excellence and measurable business impact.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop, and mentor team members in alignment with Milwaukee Tool culture and leadership expectations, inspiring performance and professional growth
  • Build trusted relationships with Marketing, Channel, Product Operations and Brand leaders by influencing through clarity, collaboration, and consistent delivery
  • Identify and deliver bold, customer-centric digital strategies that align IT and marketing resources
  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Marketing technology-across architecture, solutions, and execution
  • Partner with Marketing and Product Operations stakeholders to enable connected research platforms and real-time information flow across the value chain
  • Enable the evolution of connected commercial ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, visibility, and usability across systems
  • Create durable competitive advantage through effective marketing programs powered by actionable insights
  • Promote a culture of collaboration where teams understand their role and impact end-to-end
  • Act as a communication bridge between Marketing business leaders and technology teams
  • Leverage and evolve the IT operating model to identify near-term improvements and long-term transformation opportunities within Marketing
  • Establish and evangelize a metrics-driven success model, with a strong focus on financial rigor, service levels, and operational effectiveness
  • Manage internal and external partner engagement, delivery execution, and program governance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
  • Bachelor's degree ( and/or an equivalent technical degree with four years of experience). Master's degree preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience driving Marketing technology and data strategies in complex, enterprise environments
  • Proven track record of people leadership and delivering large-scale Marketing initiatives

  • Experience developing and executing multi-year Marketing technology roadmaps aligned to business priorities
  • Deep understanding of brand management, customer engagement, campaign execution, digital marketing, and marketing operations
  • Strong experience in Research databases, ecosystems, best practices, and operational elements. Inclusive of technologies like Databricks, Dovetail, or others
  • Experience with enterprise marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Adobe Experience Cloud, analytics platforms, and modern cloud technologies
  • Strong understanding of customer data, personalization, AI-enabled marketing capabilities, and omnichannel engagement strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, compelling executive messaging
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action who balances innovation, governance, and business value in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leaders and drive alignment across Marketing, IT, Sales, Customer Service, and external partners
  • Hands-on, results-driven leader with a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer experiences
