Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, ISC Transformation to support the execution of key supply chain transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, resilience, and scalability across the global Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders to implement transformation programs, drive continuous improvement, and deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of supply chain transformation projects aligned with the broader ISC transformation roadmap.
  • Support the implementation of digital, automation, analytics, and process improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance, productivity, service levels, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive business process improvements utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements across manufacturing, planning, logistics, procurement, and distribution operations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, governance processes, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Monitor transformation progress, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to ISC leadership.
  • Support network optimization, cost-to-serve, and productivity improvement initiatives through data analysis and business case development.
  • Facilitate change management activities to enable adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to identify insights and support decision-making.
  • Support due diligence, integration, and business transition activities related to acquisitions, divestitures, or other strategic initiatives as required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across ISC and other business functions to ensure alignment and successful execution of transformation objectives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 10+ of overall business experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in transformation environment, preferably with a supply chain organization
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort operating with ambiguity
  • Passion for challenging the status quo, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and digital enablement
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to influence decisions and outcomes
  • Experience building and scaling governance frameworks
  • Project management certifications or advanced training in change leadership
  • M&A integration experience highly preferred


PAY RANGE

The annual base salary range for this position is $169,316 - 211,645. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
