Position Summary

The IMT SC Large Program AI and Data Platform Sr. Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, development, testing, deployment andmanagement of enterprise technology AI products and IMSC integrated data platform. This role leads work across multiple Technology Product and Platform Management families, with accountability for AI end0user applications, and AI0enabled platforms supporting the IMSC Transcend program. The Manager ensures alignment between business objectives, AI0ready data maturity enabled by SAP BDC and AI capabilities enabled by SAP Joule, and scalable technology solutions integrated with broader IMSC Data and AI platforms (Aspire.ai) , while driving measurable business outcomes through disciplined software engineering, platform governance, and innovation.

Scope of Responsibilities

 Design, develop, test, and manage technology products and platforms, including enterprise applications, systems software, mobile/web solutions, databases, and AI/data platforms.
 Lead requirements analysis and high0level solution design by converting internal and external customer needs into scalable software and platform architectures.
 Define and govern overall solution structures, core elements, interfaces, dependencies, and non0functional requirements across complex technology landscapes.
 Oversee software development activities including programming, configuration, scripting, and database development to deliver organization0specific solutions.
 Direct planning and execution of software and platform testing strategies, including automation, risk tracking, defect analysis, and quality reporting.
 Ensure effective deployment, maintenance, and continuous evolution of applications and platforms through disciplined SDLC, DevOps, and change management practices.
 Manage work across multiple Technology Product and Platform Management families, ensuring prioritization, dependency alignment, and consistent delivery standards.

AI, Data, and Platform Leadership

 Lead engineering and operationalization of AI0enabled products (SAP Joule), decision intelligence solutions, and data platforms (SAP BDC) integrated with SAP and IMSC ecosystems.
 Align AI capabilities with data maturity to ensure deterministic and auditable business outcomes.
 Define platform strategy, architecture decisions, and build/buy/blend approaches in partnership with enterprise architecture and business AI leadership.
 Ensure responsible AI practices including data privacy, security, explainability, fairness, and regulatory compliance.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance

 Establish and enforce technology, data, and AI governance frameworks across product and platform portfolios.
 Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act).
 Track and report technology and delivery risks throughout development and testing lifecycles.

Portfolio Management
 Drive AI literacy, change management, and workforce enablement across the Transcend program.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor0s or Master0s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

15+ years of progressive experience in technology, software engineering, or digital product management roles.

10+ years of technology leadership experience managing complex, cross0functional teams.

Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise applications, platforms, and AI0enabled solutions in regulated or complex environments.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$137,000.00 - $235,750.00

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company0s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Company0s long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 148 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 156 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 180 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
