Job Profile Summary:

This position is responsible for executing all Learning initiatives and programs across US Operations, with additional support for international operations. Leads typically support an average of 15 operations locations within one or more business units. They are accountable for the execution of orientation programs, on-the-job training, management onboarding, leadership programs, and personality assessments. These efforts result in reduced probationary turnover, improved team member engagement, and decreased time to competency. The Learning Lead will also manage project planning, budgeting, resourcing, and timelines. They will measure the learner experience, launch and collect surveys for feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and implement feedback cycles. Additionally, they will assess business needs and prescribe appropriate solutions. Regular interaction with the COE, HR, training, and operations groups, as well as complex/management teams, plant training teams, and other management support and hourly Team Members, is essential.

Responsibilities Include:
• Review training needs with complex/plant management teams as assigned
• Identify gaps in training and work with the location leaders to close those gaps
• Design of in-house learning assets (including selection of learning approach e.g., eLearning, ILT)
• Storyboarding Learning Development transactions (e.g., training evaluations, completion certificates)
• Project management budgeting, resourcing & timeline planning

Travel: 50%
• Mass eLearning enrollments and monitoring
• Aggregate and analyze course feedback and results along with assessing feedback and determining certification eligibility
• Manage qualification process (Ops), including tracking of progress, and pay and job impacts once qualified
• Curation of learning content / experiences
• Review regulatory/certification requirements, communicate changes, respond to regulatory inquiries
• Learning technology management (e.g. Workday, Success Factors, business specific tools to track training completion)
• Delivery of live training and work closely with plant Training Specialists to schedule and organize facility-based training, e.g. OTJ Training, Onboarding, and Corporate-based, e.g. leadership and soft-skill, along with managing live logistics start to finish.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education. Experience: 5 years relevant work experience
