Overview

The Senior Manager, SC HRBP - Dressings Network is the lead HR business partner for Marzetti's Dressings manufacturing network, supporting College Park in Atlanta and Allen/QB and Indianola in Columbus. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Human Resources - Supply Chain, this role translates business priorities into talent, organization, workforce and labor strategies across the network.

As primary HR business partner to the Sr. Director of Operations, this leader also partners closely with Dressings Plant Site Leaders and Supply Chain functional leaders. The role leads three site HR Managers and an HR Generalist, builds network capability and owns labor relations strategy for the unionized Indianola facility.

Responsibilities • What You'll Do

Dressings Network People Strategy
  • Develop and lead the Dressings Network people strategy, aligning priorities with business and Supply Chain objectives.
  • Partner with leaders and site HR teams to connect network priorities with site needs and drive consistent execution.
  • Identify network workforce and organizational opportunities and represent manufacturing needs in enterprise HR programs and practices.


Talent & Organizational Capability
  • Lead network talent and workforce planning, including succession, talent assessment, retention and critical capability needs.
  • Coach senior, site and functional leaders to strengthen accountability, team performance and organizational capability.
  • Lead organization design and the people aspects of business change, using data and insights to improve performance.
  • Establish clear expectations, accountability and common HR operating rhythms across the network.
  • Build HR capability through coaching, shared learning and partnership across the HR organization.


Labor & Employee Relations
  • Guide and coach site HR team on labor relations strategy, collective bargaining preparation and contract administration.
  • Lead overall labor and employee relations strategy in partnership with business leaders, Legal and HR partners.
  • Provide senior-level support on escalated grievances, labor-management matters and complex employee relations issues, partnering with Legal, Employee Relations and union representatives as appropriate.


Transformation & Employee Experience
  • Lead the people and change agenda for network initiatives, manufacturing transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen engagement, retention and culture through leader ownership, listening and direct, trusted team member relationships.

Qualifications • What You'll Bring

Required
  • 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR business partnership experience in manufacturing operations. 2+ years of experience leading and developing HR professionals.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple facilities or a complex operating network and partnering directly with senior operational leaders.
  • Demonstrated leadership across talent, organizational effectiveness, change, workforce planning and complex employee relations. Strong business acumen, judgment, communication and influencing skills across locations and functions.
  • Labor relations experience in a union environment, including first-chair collective bargaining and negotiation strategy development.

Preferred
  • Food, consumer products or high-volume manufacturing experience; cross-site change or continuous improvement leadership preferred.
  • Advanced professional certification in Human Resources.

Working Conditions/Environment

This role operates in office and manufacturing environments and requires regular presence across Dressings Network facilities. The employee must follow applicable food and people safety guidelines/programs. Travel of up to 25% is expected, primarily between Dressings facilities and for HR or business meetings.

Leads three HR Managers supporting College Park, Allen/QB and Indianola and one HR Generalist supporting EHS, Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability and Operational Excellence.
