We are currently looking for a Full Time Sr. Manager, Health IT to join our IT Health Section team located at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center.
Summary:
Provides leadership and technical guidance to ensure successful delivery and implementation for the enterprise health care applications.
Responsibilities:
* Provides advice on designs for application solutions, including design reviews, planning, development and resolving technical issues
* Defines system requirements and specifications
* Analyzes requirements and provide solutions that meet the required capabilities
* Designs software solutions that scale to larger user populations and satellite resources
* Provides health application architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps
* Supports multiple Agile Scrum and/or waterfall projects with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities
* Develops Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new solutions
* Prepares weekly reports
* Mentors, coaches, develops and assists in training in assigned area
* Assigns, reviews, monitors and ensures performance of assigned staff for area of responsibility
- Participates in candidate selection process
- Assigns tasks and responsibilities of assigned staff
- Reviews and documents work effectiveness of assigned staff
- Coaches and corrects assigned staff through performance deficiencies
- Observes and documents work behaviors of assigned staff
