Full Job Description
Cydcor is seeking a senior FP&A leader with deep experience in multi-unit consumer or retail environments. This role partners closely with executive leadership to deliver financial insights, drive cost discipline, and support strategic planning across a high-volume, field-driven organization. The ideal candidate is a self-directed leader with strong analytical instincts, comfort with distributed P&L structures, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly financial reporting, reforecasting, and variance analysis across corporate functions and business units, with a lens toward field-level performance and unit economics
  • Own the annual budgeting and planning cycle, incorporating store/territory-level inputs and aligning to company-wide targets
  • Build and maintain financial models that track performance across multiple revenue streams including B2B, Residential, Retail, and Phone markets
  • Partner with Operations and field leadership to analyze productivity, cost allocation, and indirect cost recovery
  • Drive financial process improvement initiatives in project billing, contract compliance, and reporting
  • Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team with a focus on quality, accountability, and growth
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses for executive leadership, external clients, and audit teams

Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 6+ years of overall finance experience, with at least 2 years in a people management role
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong FP&A fundamentals including financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting
  • High business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and strong communication skills
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating with autonomy; brings a leadership mindset, not just an execution mindset
  • Background in multi-unit consumer, retail, or franchise financial management
  • Experience with revenue forecasting across B2B, Residential, Retail, and Phone channels

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience at a company navigating growth toward $1B+ in revenue
  • Background in or exposure to private equity-backed environments
  • Experience working within or alongside a direct sales organization
  • Opportunity to grow and develop as a strategic thinker, with increasing influence over how finance shapes company-wide decisions
  • Proficiency in Python and/or SQL for financial data analysis
  • Familiarity with AI tools and demonstrated comfort incorporating emerging technology into workflows
  • Experience with Great Plains and/or Salesforce.com

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation with bonus potential
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • High ownership and visibility - your architectural decisions will shape how Cydcor uses AI for years to come
  • A culture that values innovation, autonomy, and impact
