  • Maintain Hands-on Technical Oversight: Leverage Staff-level system design and architecture knowledge to conduct architecture reviews, oversee system reliability, and maintain engineering excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication: Translate complex infrastructure constraints into clear strategies, driving strong alignment across partner product and engineering organizations.

  • Excellence in Execution & Communication: Strong communication skills with a proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and managing stakeholder expectations across teams.
  • Hiring & Talent Development: Proven success attracting, recruiting, and growing Senior and Staff-level ICs.
