Sr. Manager, eCOA/ePRO

As a Principal Clinical System Lead at ICON, you will provide strategic leadership and direction in the design, development, and implementation of clinical systems and technologies within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

What You Will Do:

You will oversee scientific operations workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design, implementation, and management of clinical trial systems and databases.
  • Providing expertise in clinical data management and technology solutions to support trial operations.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system requirements are met and maintained.
  • Developing and implementing data standards and quality control processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Providing guidance and support to project teams on system-related issues and troubleshooting as needed.

Your Profile:

You will have solid scientific operations experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required qualifications and experience:
