About the Position

The role of the Senior Corporate Quality Assurance Manager is to develop and manage the corporate quality management system and ensure that processes and procedures are developed in line with applicable standards and customer requirements. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will serve as the corporate leader in developing documents and tools to guide and improve the business, serve as a mentor to existing sites. The Sr. Quality Assurance Manger is primary for assisting in the generation of new business process (i.e. RFPs, etc.). The role will support other corporate departments in related processes (i.e. IT validations). The role will also support and assess the implementation of the Kenco Operating System as it relates to quality assurance. The role will be the backup Quality pillar owner for the Kenco Operating System.

Functions
  • Establish and lead Quality standards and controls for multiple sites and networks
  • Oversee the Multi-Client vertical including the e-commerce locations
  • Manage a team of direct and dotted line reports that will be comprised of Site/Network Quality employees and Corporate Quality Manager(s)
  • Act as the strategic leader in improving the quality management system corporately and partners with operational leadership to identify areas of opportunity for its continuous improvement
  • Act as the strategic leader for Requests for Proposal (RFPs) process in the generation of new business
  • Serve as backup Quality pillar owner for the Kenco Operating System
  • Assist in the coordination of engineering solutions while conferring with customers to define and resolve product quality issues
  • Support the development and deployment of the Kenco Operating System as it relates to the quality management system
  • Develop and deploy quality assurance trainings, procedures, and tools in collaboration with other departments to improve the quality management system
  • Oversee the development and deployment of the auditing program as it relates to the quality management system
  • Support other corporate departments in related processes (i.e. IT Validations)
  • Maintains awareness of changing industry standards and educates affected sites on the impact of those changes
  • Other applicable duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor27s degree in engineering or related field required. An advanced business qualification (i.e. MBA) may be an advantage but is not essential
  • 6-8 years27 experience in quality assurance management; regulatory affairs experience (FDA, DEA, etc.) desired.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2015 and/or other ISO standard
  • ASQ or other accredited certification as ISO lead auditor preferred
  • ASQ CSSGB required
  • Ability to think strategically and understand broader contexts across business units
  • Ability to coach individuals and teams to meet developmental needs
  • Builds strong relationships with all levels of employees, with the ability to influence senior leaders and line managers
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal communication
  • Organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and delivery

Travel Requirements
