Full Job Description
The Senior Manager, Communications is a growth-oriented communications leader responsible for building and executing a scalable communications function across a multi-site healthcare organization. This role drives brand growth by leading:
  • High-impact internal and employee communications
  • Physician communications programs focused on engagement and satisfaction
  • Social media and brand storytelling
  • Structured external campaigns, collateral, and events

This is a highly operational, hands-on role that translates growth priorities into clear, consistent, and measurable communication strategies across locations.

Position Specifics: remote

Travel: 20% required

Compensation Range: $100,000-$130,000K (DOE)

This position will not have any direct reports

Internal & Physician Communications
  • Manage day-to-day internal communications across multiple sites and functions
  • Act as the primary owner and advocate for the employee intranet
  • Develop and execute a communications calendar aligned to organizational priorities
  • Draft and distribute communications broad-based and executive communications
  • Partner with HR/People Ops/Physician leaders on employee engagement and retention-oriented communications
  • Create communication toolkits (talking points, FAQs, leader scripts) for consistent message delivery


External Communications, Campaigns & Collateral
  • Support execution of external PRISM brand campaigns
  • Own and manage the content and event calendar and approvals processes
  • Partner with PR team on physician thought leadership
  • Develop and maintain marketing and communications collateral
  • Ensure all materials are on-brand, consistent, and up to date


Social Media & Brand Communications
  • Manage and execute organic social media content
  • Develop content aligned with organizational messaging
  • Surface white papers, videos, and other thought leadership content


Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years in communications, preferably within multi-site healthcare, MSO, or provider organizations
  • Proven experience in:
  • Physician communications and engagement
  • Internal communications at scale
  • Social media
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling ability across formats:
  • Executive messaging, physician-facing communications, campaigns, and collateral
  • Track record of building communication systems in complex, distributed organizations
