DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, Business Ops / Finance,locatedinRaynham, MA or in West Chester, PA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN or Raritan, NJ.
This role provides strategic and operational finance leadership to support business performance,decision-making, andlong-rangeplanning within DePuy Synthes. The Sr. Manager, Business Ops / Finance partners closely withcrossfunctionaland senior leaders to drive financial rigor, improve processes, and enable sustainable growth. This is a highly visible role withdirectimpact on business results, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness across the organization.
Support strategic initiatives, including investment evaluations, cost optimization, and business case development.
Lead and developfinancetalent, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate ourOrthopaedicsbusiness toestablisha standaloneorthopaedicscompany, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may berequired, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
122,000.00 - 245,000.00 USD Annual

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company9s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
