Your RoleO Positiv is looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager, Brand Growth Strategy to help accelerate our next stage of growth. This role blends influencer/creator program growth with brand measurement and strategy, turning audience insight and performance data into clear strategic recommendations, and will evolve over time into a broader brand strategy and go-to-market focus.
This role reports to the VP of Brand and partners cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Go-To-Market, Retail, and Data. This position develops data-driven brand strategies and builds scalable marketing processes that improve execution, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and operator, analytically rigorous, comfortable building structure and process where none exists yet, and driven to solve complex growth challenges and build programs with lasting business impact.
Responsibilities and Duties - Influencer & Creator Program Growth:
- Build out the processes, structure, and operating cadence for the influencer & creator program, in partnership with the Influencer & Affiliate team.
- Develop and execute a full-funnel growth strategy across organic, affiliate, and paid influencer channels, building solutions that improve channel performance and campaign management efficiency.
- Define and own reporting for the influencer/creator program, translating results into clear read-outs on what's working, why, and what to do next.
- Brand Strategy:
- Develop and implement brand growth strategies that strengthen O Positiv's market position and fuel category expansion, including identifying new opportunities to build awareness and affinity efficiently at scale.
- Assess and troubleshoot the impact of branded media, and develop executive presentations and recommendations that build stakeholder alignment.
- Own high-priority, high-impact brand projects end to end.
- Measurement, Reporting & Channel Strategy:
- Serve as the internal expert on brand measurement and attribution, monitoring performance, tracking KPIs, and refining strategy based on market and consumer data, leading reporting and ad hoc analysis that supports forecasting, media mix, and channel measurement.
- Track, forecast, and manage budget allocation for brand campaigns and media investment, optimizing for reach, efficiency, and cost-effective awareness.
- Run our quarterly brand awareness and affinity survey with the Product team, track goals over time, and build the impact model connecting brand tactics to measurement outcomes.
- Champion operational excellence through repeatable planning, measurement frameworks, and after-action reviews.
Qualifications and Skills- Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5-9+ years of experience in strategy consulting, brand strategy, growth marketing, or another highly analytical, strategic role.
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of translating market, consumer, and performance data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
- Strong financial acumen, with hands-on experience building models, trackers, and forecasts (advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills a must).
- Experience building executive-level presentations and driving stakeholder alignment on strategic decisions.
- Interpersonal:
- Strong cross-functional communicator.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure and process from scratch.
- Highly organized, with strong project management instincts, comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously.
- High ownership mentality - bias to action and follow-through, not just recommendation.
- Collaborative and coachable, with the self-awareness to seek input in an unfamiliar area.
- Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience in CPG, DTC, or wellness/beauty categories.
- Familiarity with influencer, creator, or affiliate marketing.
- Experience with brand tracking, brand health surveys, or marketing mix/attribution measurement.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Hours and CompensationThe anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $150,000 - $170,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
