Serve as the day-to-day owner of advisor acquisition marketing execution and optimization, partnering with internal teams and agency partners to deliver measurable business results.
What To Expect- Advisor Acquisition Programs: Partner with leadership to define and continuously improve the advisor prospect experience across key marketing touchpoints and stages of the acquisition journey. Lead the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns targeting prospective advisors. Manage advisor acquisition marketing calendars, program roadmaps, and campaign plans. Identify opportunities to improve advisor engagement, consideration, and conversion throughout the prospect journey.
- Campaigns, Lead Generation & Nurture Programs: Own advisor acquisition campaign execution across channels. Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop lead generation initiatives and nurture programs. Support testing and optimization efforts to improve campaign performance and conversion rates. Collaborate on website content, landing pages, and digital experiences that support advisor acquisition goals.
- Content Development: Identify content needs and priorities for advisor acquisition initiatives. Partner with internal content and creative teams to develop campaign assets, thought leadership, nurture content, and advisor-facing marketing materials. Collaborate with agency partners to extend content and campaign execution efforts. Ensure content aligns with acquisition objectives, audience needs, and brand standards.
- Agency & Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead agency partners supporting advisor acquisition initiatives. Develop campaign briefs, objectives, and performance
expectations. Partner closely with internal teams to execute programs effectively. Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery. - Measurement & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Analyze acquisition marketing results and recommend optimization strategies. Partner with internal analytics and business intelligence partners to evaluate program effectiveness and business impact. Contribute to acquisition reporting, insights, and performance reviews.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
What You Need- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field required.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or acquisition marketing required.
- Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns required.
- Experience with lead generation, nurture programs, content marketing, and digital marketing best practices required.
- Experience working closely with sales or business development organizations required.
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional partnerships required.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills required.
- Ability to evaluate campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations required.

The total rewards expected for this role include:
- Starting annual base salary between $90,000 - 127,500.
- Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
