Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Finance or related field with substantial accounting experience is acceptable.
• MBA/CPA preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience can substitute.
• Minimum of 6 years in progressive accounting or accounts receivable roles.
• Strong leadership experience in team management and development.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of ERP/AR systems; Great Plains experience beneficial.
• Familiarity with digital payment solutions and automation tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the AR team, focused on hiring and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance of AR transactions with company policies and SOX requirements.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Finance to improve cash management strategies and cash flow visibility.
• Analyze working capital metrics to optimize processes and enhance cash efficiency.
• Establish and improve AR processes and controls, ensuring efficient operations.
• Manage daily AR reporting, cash applications, and reconciliations.
• Resolve complex issues related to billing and collections with customers and stakeholders.
