Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience managing supervisors or operational teams.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments such as battery, semiconductor, solar, or automotive industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall warehouse and logistics operations for the Ingot, Wafer, and Cell manufacturing areas.
• Manage daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and resolve operational issues.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Supervise Shift Managers and team members, offering coaching and performance management.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and other departments.
