Job Description:The associate at this level is a qualified, seasoned sales officer responsible for providing customized equipment leasing and structured financing solutions to Bank of America corporate clients. Typical transaction size ranges from $5,000,000 up to $250,000,000.
The associate is responsible for enhancing client and industry relationships, generating opportunities and tailoring superior client solutions. The associate will possess proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, a strong work and travel ethic, and strong execution and multi-tasking skills.
Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified- 10+ years in a direct sales/origination's role in equipment leasing/structured finance.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$112,500.00 - $165,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
