The Senior Lead Business Transformation plays a critical role executing enterprise level, multi-year programs with complex and deep impact in support of our Mission to Lead in Lifetime Income, Delight Our Clients, and Strengthen How We Operate. The focus of the role will be to provide subject matter expertise and support to the transformation team, and drive specific initiatives or projects that support the overall transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Provides subject matter expertise. Has deep expertise in a specific area relevant to the workstreams, such as data analysis.
- Ensures successful delivery of workstream efforts through day-to-day execution activities including establishing program level plans, monitoring progress and performance against plan.
- Analyzes data and provides insights. Skilled in data analytics and the ability to provide insights that inform the transformation strategy. Uses data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.
- Communicates with a broad range of stakeholders. Builds relationships and influences others.
- Supports the change management efforts by identifying potential obstacles and risks, and working with others to develop and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Identifies opportunity for innovation and growth within the company.
Educational Requirements- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Career Level 9IC
Required Skills:- 5+ years of process improvement, operations, or consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of TIAA products, services and systems
- Experience with MS Office products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience leveraging data, monitoring metrics, sharing results with leadership
- Experience operating as liaison between technology and business, and provide subject matter expertise
Preferred Skills:- Retirement & Retail financial services experience
- Strong experience supporting strategic and transformational continuous improvement projects/programs
- Knowledge of and familiarity of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including Confluence, Jira Align, Sharepoint
- Experience presenting and taking direction from executive leadership

Base Pay Range: $143,000/yr - $157,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
