The Sr. IPTL for Operational Military Engines (OME) Fan / HPC CIPT will represent the leadership team for the OME CIPT in Middletown. The successful candidate will functionally report to the OME CIPTL in PWPR but report directly to the Director of military compression systems in Connecticut. The Sr. IPTL will serve as the functional lead for hardware coming through the CSMC shop in Middletown and through the Product Delivery Center (PDC), and will also help and consult with delivery and throughput challenges through the Columbus Forge Blades location.
What You Will Do
- Serve as member of OME CIPT leadership team, interfacing with CIPTL, Deputy, discipline managers, and other members of the CIPT
- Provide a presence in person at Middletown plant and provide direct support to hardware delivery
- Remain aligned on F100 and TF33 critical parts lists with each IPMT, working with IPTs on delivery plans and cold starts (where applicable) for all critical parts
- Partner with other part suppliers as appropriate to maximize hardware delivery
- Drive engineering changes and process improvements to improve First Pass Yield and reduce quality challenges on critical parts
- Mentor and lead nested IPTs to improve team functionality
Qualifications You Must Have
0BS in Engineering with 10+ years of engineering experience OR
Advanced degree with 7+ years of experience.

Advanced degree in engineering and/or MBA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities
Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions, organizations, and all levels of management
Focus on results and the ability to drive tasks to completion
Experience as an IPT Leader or similar position
Knowledge and experience with Project Management toolsets (risk-based decision making, proposal generation, task baselining, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), SAP, etc.)

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
