As a Senior Inside Channel Sales Manager (ICBM) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. Your expertise in inside sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers and meet sales targets will position Honeywell as a trusted partner and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Daily Channel Sales Activities
    • Assist partners in daily selling activities; product questions, pricing, project registrations.
    • Partner training of products and solutions
    • Customer Support
    • Facilitate rep to rep engagement, (HON to partner)
    • Strategic Account planning
    • Understand our partner's initiatives and how Honeywell aligns.
    • Create marketing and business development plans for top tier partners where applicable.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Excellent teaming and communication skills
  • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
  • An ability to influence across a broader organization.
  • A proficient understanding of the principles and best practices in Channel Sales
  • Valid Drivers' License

  • Bachelor's degree
