You will report directly to our
Director of HR, and you'll work out of our
Richardson, TX location.
In this role, you will impact the organization by implementing HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and supporting talent management initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues and initiatives.
